Vendor & Third-Party Management
Vendors who are accountable to your organization, not the other way around.
Most organizations rely on more third parties than they can name — managed service providers, carriers, cloud and security vendors, implementation partners, facilities contractors, transportation providers. Contracts get signed, then rarely revisited. Meridian brings technology and operational vendors under a single governance approach: known owners, measurable expectations, regular reviews and renewals decided on evidence.
When to call us
Signs it's time for an outside perspective.
- No one can produce a complete list of vendors, contracts and owners
- SLAs exist on paper but are not measured or enforced
- Renewals happen automatically, without a performance or cost review
- A single vendor has become a critical dependency without a fallback
- Escalations go through personal relationships rather than defined paths
What we do

Performance reviews & escalation

Risk, concentration & redundancy

FAQ
Common questions
Does this cover both technology and non-technology vendors?
Yes. Meridian applies the same governance approach to MSPs, carriers, cloud and security vendors and implementation partners as to facilities, transportation and other service providers.
Will you negotiate contracts or review them legally?
We prepare the performance, cost and requirements analysis that strengthens your position and can support your team in vendor discussions. Legal review of contract terms remains with your counsel; Meridian does not provide legal services.
Do you have relationships with the vendors you evaluate?
Meridian is independent. We do not resell products or accept vendor commissions, so our assessments reflect only your organization's interests.
