Does Meridian provide accounting, audit or CFO services?
No. Meridian does not provide accounting, tax, audit, investment or CFO services. We focus on the operational processes around financial decisions — ownership, workflows, cadence and reporting — and work alongside your finance team, accountants and auditors, who remain responsible for financial statements, controls attestation and compliance.
Will you change our accounting system or chart of accounts?
Our work centers on process and accountability rather than system configuration. Where a structural change such as a cost-center adjustment would help, we recommend it and coordinate with your finance team, who own the decision and its implementation.
Where does this work usually start?
Typically with a review of how budgets are owned, how spending is approved and how often leadership sees actuals against plan. That baseline shows where a better cadence or clearer ownership will have the most effect.
