Our story

Built by operators, for operators.

Meridian Axis was founded on a simple observation: the hardest problems organizations face don't sit neatly inside “IT,” “finance” or “operations.” A network redesign changes how every site works. A new operating model depends on systems that can support it. Yet most advisors are expert in one side and guess at the other.

Our founders have spent their careers on both sides. Talmas has spent more than 17 years in enterprise technology — networking, security, cloud, automation and architecture across a global footprint of 30+ sites. Tsehaia brings roughly two decades of executive operations leadership, ultimately directing operational strategy across 41 schools and partnering with Finance on operating budgets exceeding $340M. Together they offer management, technology and operations consulting to organizations that need senior judgment without building a large internal leadership bench.

Talmas

Co-Founder & Principal — Technology

Talmas leads Meridian's technology practice, bringing more than 17 years of hands-on and leadership experience across networking, security, cloud, virtualization, automation, monitoring and enterprise architecture.

That experience includes designing and supporting enterprise infrastructure across multiple locations — including a global footprint spanning 30+ sites — in environments where mission-critical availability was measured in five nines.

Tsehaia

Co-Founder & Principal — Operations

Tsehaia leads Meridian's operations practice, drawing on roughly two decades of executive operations leadership — much of it in education, where she ultimately directed operational strategy across 41 schools in New York, Connecticut and Rhode Island.

She has partnered with Finance on budgets, forecasts and fiscal policy for operating budgets exceeding $340M, built weekly operating and reporting cadences, and redesigned vendor-dependent services such as transportation for accountability, compliance and cost oversight.
