Problems We Solve

The challenges that keep leadership teams up at night.

Meridian is engaged when the stakes are operational, the systems are critical and the organization needs someone who has carried that responsibility before.

  • Technology that can't keep up

Outages, security exposure and undocumented infrastructure that was never designed for the organization you've become.

  • Operations that depend on heroics

Unclear roles, undocumented processes and unmanaged vendors — held together by a few people working very hard.

  • Leadership without visibility

Budgets, KPIs and risks that don't reach executives in time — so decisions rely on anecdote instead of evidence.

  • Growth that outpaces the operating model

New sites, acquisitions and major initiatives layered onto a back office and structure built for a smaller organization.

Why Meridian

Most technology firms understand systems. Most operations firms understand process.Meridian brings both together.

Infrastructure decisions change how people work. Budgets, staffing and vendor decisions depend on the systems underneath them. Meridian's founders have led both — enterprise technology across 30+ sites and operations across a 41-school network — so our recommendations account for the budget, the people, the vendors and the uptime, not just the architecture diagram.

  • Independent

No product resale, no vendor commissions.

  • Senior

    Founders lead every engagement personally.

  • Practical

Plans sized to your budget cycle and team.

  • Accountable
