This Cookie Notice explains how Meridian Axis Advisory Group ("Meridian," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies on our website, and how you can manage your choices. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies, such as a browser's local storage and session storage, allow a website to remember information in your browser. Local storage persists until it is cleared, while session storage is removed when you close the browser tab or window.
We keep our use of these technologies to a minimum. Our website does not use advertising cookies, and analytics cookies are set only if you accept them.
Strictly necessary storage
These items are required for the website to function, to remember your privacy choices, and to protect our forms. They do not require consent and cannot be switched off through our consent tool.
Consent preference. We store your cookie consent choice in your browser's local storage under the name meridian-consent, so that we can respect your choice on future visits without asking again.
Session attribution. We store information about how you arrived at our website, such as campaign parameters in the page address (for example, UTM parameters), the referring website, and your landing page, in session storage under the name meridian-attribution. This information is removed when your browser session ends and is only sent to us if you submit a form.
Bot protection. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from spam and automated abuse. Turnstile may use browser storage or process technical signals to verify that a form is being submitted by a person.
Analytics
Plausible Analytics (cookieless). We use Plausible Analytics to understand how our website is used in aggregate. Plausible does not use cookies, does not store data in your browser, and does not collect personal identifiers.
Google Analytics (only with consent). If you choose to accept analytics cookies, we also load Google Analytics, which sets cookies to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. Google Analytics is not loaded, and its cookies are not set, unless you accept. If you decline, the website continues to function normally.

Changing your choices
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by selecting the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of any page. If you withdraw consent for analytics, Google Analytics will no longer be loaded on future page views. Cookies it previously set may remain until they expire or you clear them through your browser.
Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to view, block, and delete cookies and other site data through their settings. Blocking all cookies and site storage may affect certain website features, such as remembering your consent choice.
